Calcey Technologies, an online services specialist, has launched its newest application with a cloud-based social media analytics dashboard that offers small to medium-size businesses (SMBs) with social media intelligence.
The Xaffo application, which educates business about the popularity of their Web pages and keywords within social media networks, will also closely monitors the keywords, trends, conversations and sentiment analysis across an array of social media sites such as Delicious, Digg, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Reddit and Twitter.
“Today, it’s not only vital for organizations to engage in social media, it’s vital to clearly understand the impact it has on your organization’s brand and products. As such, organizations with a social networking presence must also have deep analytical intelligence. It’s important that this data is simple to understand. It’s also important that it be meaningful in terms of gauging how and how often your web content is being viewed, shared, discussed, and so on, within social media networks,” explained Mangala Karunaratne, founder of Xaffo.
The platform, which also allows users to watch activity for selected sites and analyze visitor engagement, aims to assist marketing and PR departments more productively plan as well as implement social media marketing strategies.
The new service, which is built on tipfy, a Python Web framework, and is hosted on the Google App Engine, is available starting at $99.99 per month in four versions- the Xaffo Professional which monitors up to 100 Web pages, the Xaffo Business which monitors up to 500 pages, Xaffo Corporate for up to 2,000 Web pages, and the Xaffo Enterprise, monitoring up to above 2,000 Web pages.
