UK retailer Carphone Warehouse has revealed the release date for the Windows Phone Lumia 900.
Targeting a June release, the next Lumia smartphone, which was first revealed back during the CES 2012, will come with a 4.3-inch AMOLED capacitive ClearBlack touchscreen that portrays a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and covered with Corning Gorilla glass.
The Lumia 900 also features an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash capable of 720p HD recording, 1-megapixel front facing camera with a wide F/2.2 Carl Zeiss lens and a 1830mAh capacity battery for extra long standby times.
Running on Windows Phone 7.5, the Lumia 900 is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8055 + MDM9200 processor, 512MB of RAM and 16GB of on-board storage. It also offers a USB 2.0 port, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR connectivity, A-GPS support and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n standards.
Currently, the company did not disclose the price tag of new handset.
