Bing Ads announced that advertisers can now automatically distribute a daily budget across all campaigns or sub-groups on a daily basis. This development will now enable marketers to save time and at the same time utilize unspent funds across all of their campaigns. This release of Shared Budgets in Bing Ads will surely please you and help make things easier on your daily budget!
How does it Work?
Shared Budgets can eliminate the necessity to spend an extra time on setting up and recalculating advertisers’ individual campaign budgets.
Let’s say if you have $40 budget to be used regularly between two campaigns every day. On a particular day, Campaign A spends at least $18 of its $20 budget because it has a less impact and a usual click. By using Shared Budget, if Campaign B is performing properly then Bing Ads will automatically distribute the unutilized $2 to Campaign B. This will increase the chances of the unutilized budget that being used can operate more interchange.
- Control a single budget to be used by all campaigns or under a subgroup of campaigns under an account.
- It can reduce the time spent by manual calculation on how to distribute individual budget along with a significant number of campaigns.
- By having Bing Ads, it can automatically distribute your remaining budget to campaigns that are performing properly and can optimize your unutilized remaining budget.
Shared Budgets is available in all Bing Ads applications, including the UI, API, Editor and mobile apps. This feature is available as a shared library in the Web UI.
Shared Budgets is currently not supported with import and Google Sync. If someone has a campaign using Shared Budget on the Bing Ads side, and an import for the same campaigns from Ad Words, a campaign’s budget property will not yet be updated on the Bing Ads side.
They are currently working on this with a plan to release it beginning of 2017.
